More Than I Expected

My Ironman Inversion table arrived more than 10 days after I ordered it. However, once it arrived, I was able to get the thing together by myself…but, only because someone had put a YouTube Video of them putting theirs together. Without the video, I doubt that I could have gotten it together. I wish Ironman had a video on the internet of the assembly. The inversion table is substantial and takes up a lot of room. It is NOT something you would want to fold up and up back up daily…IF EVER. Finally, the inversion table is wonderful and inverts this soul just fine. I love it.

Great product for a reasonable price

I started experiencing some lower back pain and small "twinges" while playing disc golf and decided to go see the chiropractor. After getting x-rays and a few adjustments, I was told that he could help me but it would take approximately 6 months of treatment starting out at 3 times a week and then progressively getting less as time went on. The treatment would primarily be to decompress my last two vertabrae in my lower back. Since it's almost impossible for me to make an appointment three times a week due to my profession, I decided to purchase the Ironman Gravity 4000 on the recommendation of a co-worker. Boy am I glad I did! Just using this twice a day for 5-7 minutes a day has made me feel so much better. I still plan on returning to the chiropractor at some point so he can re-evaluate me but I think I'll keep the inversion table a secret until after the re-eval. I'm interested in seeing what he says as far as the condition of my spine.....

So, on to the product. Set up took about 30 minutes and the instructions were easy to follow. The table is very sturdy (which I had concerns about) since I weigh 250lbs. No worries on that count. Totally worth the money and a very well built quality product. I'd recommend it to anyone experiencing lower back pain.

easy to assemble if you read the directions. its done wonders for my back and hip. I have recommended this product to everyone. It also has a higher weight limit than others. Im 280 and use it a couple of times a day.. buy it

This table was everything I hoped it would be and then some!! Instant relief after 15 yrs of back problems! I would recommend this table to anyone looking for an alternative to drugs and therapy.

The Ironman Gravity 4000 Inversion Table is a wonderful investment in myself. With arthritis of the neck and a slipped disk (between L4-L5) I've experienced major improvement in just the first month I've owned this table. Twice daily for about 5 - 10 minutes does wonders. I also find it improves my breathing - in the morning a cough or 2 clears the very bottom of the lungs easily with the aid of gravity.

This machine is strong, sturdy, stable, comfortable, easy to use & easy to set up. It does everything I hoped for and more - I have even started doing inverted sit-ups. Using the Ironman Gravity 4000 Inversion Table is improving my whole physical condition.

The Four (4) star rating is because there is always room for improvement. While the ankle brackets are actually of reasonable comfort, this is an area for a bit more engineering. My feet don't hurt so much as fall asleep due to the pressure of my weight on the top of my foot where it meets the bracket pad.
I have no experience with other inversion tables but I very highly recommend the Ironman Gravity 4000 Inversion Table.
