I received this inversion table a couple of weeks ago. The box was in fine shape, and the assembly was quick and pretty easy (but you will need the instructions). It is really built well – reviews of inversion tables in general made me concerned that they might not feel stable in use, but I have no such concerns when I use this. It’s bigger (taller) than I thought, and heavier, too. Adjusting the max angle of inversion is a bit tedious, as it’s done with a strap, and it takes some trial and error to get it where you want it, but I think this is pretty standard on the inexpensive models. Adjusting for your height is easy, and the foot clamps are easy, too.

That said, I have not felt any miraculous results, and this thing is looking more and more like another of my goofy purchases that will just take up room in my basement, right next to the electric guitar I don’t play, the recumbent cycle I don’t use, etc. Someday, I’m going to have one hell of a garage sale….

Table was easy to assemble….Very sturdy, easy to change height….we are very, very pleased with the table….everything was as advertised….great purchase!!

Lower back problems have been been a issue for me for some years. This does help. I have tried several units and I can not see spending a fortune on equipment. The feet clamps are most critical and this one works just fine.

I bought a inversion table on the advise of my doctor. Love it. It is helping my back. I had no problem putting it together and it seems very well made. Would recommend this table. Thought it was reasonably priced.

I was shopping for an inversion table when I saw the comments by physicians that it might be damaging to the eyes; this probably saved me from creating potential problems. Wise move to check this with eye professionals before using. Thanks to everyone. I regret the one star rating but had to seclect a star before I could post a review. It probably deserves a lot more stars for those who can use it safely.
