Back Pain When Sitting

Are you suffering from lower back pain? The most common cause of lower back pain is sitting. Lower back problems gets worst by long time in a seated position. • When work keeps you sitting for long period of time then make sure to stretch up regularly. Make sure to get up at least every hour.
• Find the right chair that best serve your needs. Try to check ergonomic chairs.
• Change your position every now and then. Make sure to distribute your weight evenly.

To treat back pain when sitting is simple and that is rest combined with some hot and cold therapy and some pain reliever medications. Reconditioning your muscles by performing some exercise will help you recover.
